I am a lover of tinkering, inventing, and engineering. I spent over 20 years in military aviation and engineering, have been a firefighter/EMT, Lineman, heavy equipment operator and a few more. Currently, I am working in the silicon chip manufacturing and design industry and still love designing and finding engineering solutions on the side.

3D printing has allowed me to transition from welding, machining, and woodworking to bringing my ideas to life more quickly and in a wide variety of materials. Honestly, this is my new addiction, and I think it is a total hoot!

I am a nerd, so all things science and technical have my attention, though I do not fixate on any one area. I am a serial hobbyist: building drones (before it was cool), racing RC cars, scuba diving, off-road racing (motorcycles and trucks), camping, hunting, kayaking, sailing boats, audio system design, computer design, and the list goes on and on...

Those who know me tell me to write a book, since the stories of my life and what I have accomplished so far seem hard to believe at times. Hope to make some new friends and learn from y'all while I am here, cheers!
